MO Highway Patrol Arrest Report

The Missouri Highway Patrol, Troop C, Kirkwood, made six arrests in Franklin and Washington counties for the week of July 7-12.
On Tuesday, troopers arrested Scott Larrabee, 21, New Haven, on the charges of driving while intoxicated, possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was held at the Washington city jail and released.
Larrabee was arrested again on Wed., July 9 by troopers for leaving the scene of an accident. He was held at the Franklin County jail and released on court summons.
On Thursday, troopers arrested Donald C. Studdard, 24, Sullivan, for felony production of a controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, and misdemeanor marijuana possession. He was held and released on summons.
Christine Lewis, 22, St. Peters, was also arrested on Thursday for possession of drug paraphernalia and on Franklin County warrants for failure to appear in court on traffic charges.
Two people were arrested on Saturday including Jared Bay, 19, Beaufort, for driving while intoxicated. He was held and released on summons.
Timothy A. Lewis, 33, St. Clair, was arrested for driving while intoxicated. Lewis was held at the St. Clair city jail.
