4-H Council To Meet

The Franklin County 4-H Council will meet on Mon., Mar. 24 at 7 p.m. at the Scenic Regional Library in Union.
They will review St. Pat’s, hand out Franklin County Youth Fair exhibit tags and discuss 4-H Council funds.
