‘An Elegant Affair’ Comes To Sullivan
Are you planning a wedding, prom, anniversary celebration or special event? Help is on the way!
The Sullivan Area Chamber of Commerce, in conjunction with area businesses, is proud to present the fourth annual “An Elegant Affair: Wedding Prom and Special Events Expo.” Scheduled for Sun., Jan. 25, the expo will run from noon to 4 p.m. and will be held at the Eagles Hall on Acid Mine Road in Sullivan.
“When you consider the incredible impact a single large event has on the business community, it’s overwhelming,” commented An Elegant Affair chairperson, Kerri Mills. “Our intent is to serve the needs of area citizens planning such events as well as provide a valuable marketing tool for area business persons.”
‘An Elegant Affair’ will include a wide variety of event providers such as hall rentals, caterers, videographers, dress sales, florists, limousine rentals, cake decorators, printing, decorations and beauticians.
“Our event continues to be a success with the citizens and visitors to our community,” continued Mills. “The event continues to be free and open to all area citizens and visitors to attend.”
Featured at the expo will be ‘An Elegant Affair’ Bridal and Event Fashion Show showcasing the finest in fashions, accessories and beauty. All visitors will be entered in drawings for exciting door prizes to be awarded during the entire afternoon.
Booth spaces are limited and will continue to be available on a first-come, first-serve, committee-approved basis. Sponsorships are also available to those businesses unable to attend. For an application or more information, please contact the chamber office at 573-468-3314.
