The Bourbon Area Community Theatre will be performing “I Think It’s A Christmas Carol,” an adaption of “A Christmas Carol” by Michael Byrd on Fri., Dec. 5 at 7 p.m. at the Bourbon Community Center.
Admission is $4 for adults, $2 for children ages 3-11 and ages two and under are free.
The theatre will be what is known as a dessert theatre, which means that a dessert item (such as a slice of pie, cake, etc.) and a drink will be included in the admission price.
Performers include adults, teens and youngsters from the Bourbon/Leasburg areas.
All are invited, however children over the age of 10 will better understand the humor. This will be the theatre’s first scripted performance and the community is encouraged to attend and support these young actors.
If you would like to order tickets in advance, call 573-205-0001 and ask for Daniel.
Actors/actresses, set crew, and tech crew will be needed this coming May when the community theatre begins working on their next production.
