Chris Koster To Speak At Italian Dinner In Bourbon, Judy Baker Will Meet And Greet Guests
Chris Koster, Democrat for Attorney General of Missouri, will be the special guest speaker at the Crawford County Democratic Club’s Annual Italian Dinner to be held on Sat., Aug. 23 at the Bourbon Community Center.
Judy Baker, U.S. Representative candidate for the 9th Congressional District in Missouri, will also be at the dinner to meet and greet all the guests.
Both candidates were in contested races against their Democratic opponents. Other statewide and local officials and candidates will be in attendance to answer questions and visit with everyone.
The event will run from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. The menu includes spaghetti, fettuccini and lasagna served with salad and garlic bread, drinks and desserts. The price of the complete dinner is $12.50 per person.
A Silent and Live Auction and a 50-50 drawing are scheduled. Proceeds of the dinner are used to help support local and statewide Democratic candidates for office. The public is invited to attend regardless of political affiliation.
