Sullivan holds an annual Relay For Life event in which 100 percent of the money raised is donated to the American Cancer Society. This year several of the groups are joining together and holding a city-wide scavenger hunt. All proceeds will go towards the total for the local Relay event on Aug. 5 at the Sullivan fairgrounds.
They would like to encourage you to join “Scavenging For A Cause” on Sat., Mar. 29 at Pavilion #3, next to the skating rink at 12 p.m.
There will be four parts to the scavenger hunt—Things To Find, Things To Take Pictures Of, Questions To Answer and Roadblocks. Gather a team of four, ages 16 or older, to participate.
Cost is $10 per person. You will need transportation and a digital camera or camera phone. Prizes will be awarded to the top three teams.
This event will be rain or shine. For more information, contact Jamie at 314-580-9466.
