Spring Classes Now Forming
Spring classes are now forming at the Sullivan Athletic Club. The club is offering classes in the areas of Martial Arts, Cardio Body Fitness and Weight Training, Gymnastics, Cheer, Hip-Hop Tummy Toning, Boxing, Kickboxing, Weight Training and Mixed Martial Arts/Cage Fighting.
There is also tanning for those who want to put on a tan for upcoming spring events. Tracy’s gymnastics starts young tumblers at the age of three and the Bushido karate starts children at the age of five. Children’s classes are held earlier in the evening to help with school and studies.
The Cardio Body Fitness and Weight Training classes are for men and women of all ages who want to “get fit” for this spring. This class will target weight loss with body toning. There are beginning and advanced classes Monday through Friday mornings, afternoons, and evening to choose from.
For those who are looking for something with more punch, the kickboxing and boxing classes are for you. These sports are taught on a recreational noncompetitive level for all ages.
